Spiced Passionfruit Mojito
Deliciously fruity and refreshing, this cocktail is the perfect simple mojito.

Method
Step 1 Add ice to a glass and in 50ml goldstone Spiced Rum
Step 2 Scoop out the pulp of one passion fruit and add to the glass
Step 3 Fill the glass about 3/4 full with mojito mixer
Step 4 Give it a good stir then top with ice

50ml Goldstone Spiced
Pulp passionfruit
Fever tree Mojito Mixer
Ice
Bramble

Method
Step 1 Using a muddler or rolling pin, crush blackberries in a cocktail glass
Step 2 Add ice and 50ml Goldstone Ginger & Lime
Step 3 Top with lemonade and a few of the leftover fruits
