Goldstone Rum ® makes the perfect cocktail, the blend of four sugars jaggery, panela, molasses and cane juice

Espresso Rumtini

Our take on a espresso martini using Goldstone rum and it is delicious. Top tip: try using decaffeinated coffee if making one later in the evening.

Method

Step 1 Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

Step 2 Fill with ice and shake vigorously

Step 3 Strain and serve

Calle Goldstone

A special cocktail made by the team at Brighton Cocktail Club. Topped with prosecco this is the perfect pick me up for winter nights or enjoyed in the garden on a summers day.

Method

Step 1 Add all the ingredients into a coupe glass except the prosecco together and stir to combine

Step 2 Top with processco

25ml Goldstone White Rum®
25ml Goldstone Amber Rum®
15ml Creme de Cacao
15ml Lime
2 Dashes of bitters
Top with Prosecco

Classic daiquiri

The daiquiri is simple and classic, using just three ingredients. Once perfected the flavour possibilities are endless, we’ve listed some of our favorites below.

Method

Step 1 Make the sugar syrup by combining the sugar and water in a saucepan on a low heat and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool.


Step 2 Combine Goldstone Rum ®, lime juice and sugar syrup together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and serve.

50ml Goldstone Rum ®
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
50g caster sugar
25 ml water

Pineapple and ginger daiquiri

A tropical twist on the classic

Method

Step 1 Make the sugar syrup by combining the sugar, coconut water and a thumb of peeled grated ginger in a saucepan on a low heat and stir until dissolved. Allow to cool.


Step 2 Combine Goldstone Rum ®, pineapple juice and sugar syrup together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and serve.

50ml Goldstone Rum ®
50ml pineapple juice
25ml ginger syrup
25ml coconut water
Juice of half a lime

Mojito

A rum classic that originated in Cuba. The lime and mint give this cocktail a crisp and fresh flavour. Try adding raspberries for a summery twist.

Method

Step 1 Add the mint leaves, caster sugar and a little soda to the bottom of the glass. Muddle the ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved.


Step 2 Add the lime juice and rum then fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda.

90ml soda
The juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoons caster sugar
8 mint leaves, plus sprig to garnish

Rum punch

This fun and fruity cocktail is perfect for serving at drinks parties. This recipe makes a pitcher.

Method

Step 1 Juice the limes then in a pitcher add all of the ingredients, plus a good helping of ice. Stir and leave to cool before serving.

Step 2 Serve with fresh fruit slices.

200ml grenadine
250ml pineapple juice
250ml orange juice
The juice of 4 limes
Orange and lemon slices to serve
Grated nutmeg on top

Dark & Stormy

A Caribbean cocktail that has a refreshing ginger flavour.

Method

Step 1 Add the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice, mix and serve with a wedge of lime.

The juice of half a lime

Caipirinha

Our take on a caipirinha using Goldstone Rum ® as a sweet depth to this cocktail. Originating in Brazil this is a firm favourite in cocktail bars all over the world.

Method

Step 1 Place the lime and sugar into a glass and muddle well, you want the sugar to be completely dissolved in the lime juice.

Step 2 Add the Goldstone Rum ® and mix well.

Step 3 Top with ice, stir well and add a lime garnish.
